Policy on Revisions
Our package includes a revision option for our customers. We understand that clients may have specific
modifications they’d like to make, and we are happy to accommodate them. We offer unlimited revisions
at no additional cost, as long as the fundamental design and philosophy of the project remain
unchanged. Our revision turnaround time is 48 hours, ensuring timely updates to meet our customers’
needs.
1. Design Proposals and Approval:
- Funds deposited for a project are non-refundable after completion, unless TechnoRex cancels or terminates the Contract for reasons unrelated to your violation or non-performance.
- Refund requests related to design proposals are only accepted before the approval or modification of the initial concepts. Once you approve or request changes, the refund offer becomes void.
- If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) will be provided.
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours, a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) will be provided.
- If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours after the initial design delivery, a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) will be provided.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial design delivery, but customers are encouraged to contact us with any concerns for 100% customer satisfaction.
- If no action is taken on an order for 30 days after placing it, no refund requests will be entertained. However, reactivation of the design order is possible with an applicable fee based on the project.
2. Final Files and Completed Services:
- No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
- For website packages, no refunds will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
- For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
3. Refund Requests and Communication:
- All refund requests should be communicated to the support department.
- TechnoRex reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the violation of the user agreement.
4. Custom Packages and Additional Services:
- Refund policies for TechnoRex/Custom packages are the same as for single packages.
- If multiple services are ordered and one service is approved, a refund can only be claimed for the non-approved service during the initial design phase.
5. Valid Reasons for Refunds:
- A refund request must have a valid reason that aligns with the design brief and customer feedback for revisions.
- If a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given, but further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
6. Good Faith and Multiple Design Agency Orders:
- Money-back guarantees are based on orders placed in good faith. If a customer has placed design orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, TechnoRex reserves the right to decline the refund request.
7. Customer Involvement and Feedback:
- Customer involvement and feedback are necessary for finalizing the design. It is expected that customers provide feedback to ensure desired results.
8. Unique Design Guarantee:
- TechnoRex guarantees 100% unique designs. In the event that our designed logo is found to be considerably similar to another existing logo, we offer a redraw. However, any resemblance to existing designs will be considered coincidental, and TechnoRex will not be held responsible or liable for compensation. Copyrighting the artwork is the client's responsibility
9. Closure of Business Activity:
- Payments made for SEO and social media services are non-refundable, even if an individual, entity, or company undergoes permanent or temporary closure or holds business activity.
10. Website Design and Development:
- Once payment is deposited for website design and development, it becomes non-refundable due to the extensive resources, time, and internal expenses involved, regardless of the project duration.
11. SEO and Social Media Marketing:
- Payments made for SEO and social media marketing services are non-refundable, and no exceptions are made to the refund policy or money-back guarantees.
12. Content Writing Packages:
- There are no refunds for Content Writing Packages.
13. Patent and Trademark Fees:
- Generally, paid patent and trademark fees cannot be refunded, and the payment method cannot be changed once the filing process is completed. In rare cases, a refund may be allowed if the filing has not been completed.
14. Testlink Approval and Legal Paperwork Services:
- Once mockups or the website is placed on a testlink and approved, no refunds will be provided.
- There are no refunds for any legal paperwork services provided.

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly review and resolve your concern in accordance with our
revision policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue, our refund department will send you an email
approving the refund.
Please note that upon refund, all design rights will be transferred to TechnoRex. As a result, you agree
that you will not display any version of the design provided by our company. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no direct or indirect right to use the response or any other content, work
product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in them.
TechnoRex works in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies and will share Copyright
Acquisition information for refunded designs. This measure ensures that the designs cannot be reused as
original designs in the future.

Quality Assurance Policy
At TechnoRex, our designers are committed to delivering the satisfaction you desire. They adhere closely
to the specifications you provide in the order form to ensure that the designs meet your requirements.

satisfied. Our team is committed to accommodating your feedback and making necessary adjustments
based on the package you have selected.
Domain and Hosting
At TechnoRex, we offer comprehensive website packages that cater to your needs. Please note that
domain and hosting services are not included by default and must be purchased separately for most of
our packages. However, there may be certain packages where domain and hosting are included. Please
note that if you choose not to host your website with us, email accounts will not be provided. It’s
important to understand that there are no refunds available for the hosting, domain, or email server
package.
Delivery Policy
At TechnoRex, we ensure that all design order files are promptly delivered to your designated email
address. It is important to note that our revision and refund policies are based on the date and time of
the design order delivery communicated through written or verbal means, such as email, text, or phone
calls.
To ensure timely delivery, we aim to provide all customized design orders via email within 5 to 7 days from the receipt of your order. For those who require expedited service, we offer a RUSH DELIVERY
option. By paying an additional fee of $100, you can receive your initial logo samples within 48 hours. If you require any further assistance, our 24-Hour Customer Support Center is available to help you.
Communication Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that TechnoRex cannot be held liable for any
correspondence received from email addresses not affiliated with our domain (i.e., “..@technorex.co”)
or from any toll-free number not listed on our official website. TechnoRex assumes no responsibility for any damages that may arise from such communications. We solely take responsibility for communication conducted through email addresses under our own domain or via toll-free numbers specified on the TechnoRex website.
Access to Information
In order to utilize TechnoRex services, you may be required to provide registration details and other
necessary information. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all the
information provided by you will be accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Should TechnoRex determine
that the information provided is incorrect, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny
access to our services or any of our resources. Additionally, we may choose to suspend or terminate your
account at any time.
Prohibitions
TechnoRex is committed to providing assistance to clients in integrating third-party plugins and APIs.
However, it is important to note that any third-party integrations required for website functionality will
strictly adhere to standard practices. TechnoRex will not be involved in any third-party negotiations or
transactions during the development of the project. Any additional work related to third-party
integrations will require a separate fee agreement.
